Compassionate Boundaries: A One-Day Workshop

Compassionate Boundaries

A one-day workshop for people who want clearer limits, steadier relationships and a kinder relationship with themselves.

Compassionate Boundaries is a full day of learning how to honour your needs without guilt, speak with clarity, and stop abandoning yourself when things get stressful. Through guided practices, somatic exercises and real-life scenarios, you’ll learn how to recognise your limits, hold steady in hard moments, and follow through on the promises you make to yourself. If you’ve ever understood boundaries in theory but struggled to apply them in relationships or in your own habits, this workshop offers the clarity, practice and grounded support you need to create change that feels real and sustainable.

Who This Workshop Is For

  • People who say yes when they want to say no.

  • People who hold themselves to standards they do not apply to others.

  • People who overextend, overpromise or override their own signals.

  • People who know what they need but struggle to follow through.

  • People who want steadier relationships, inside and out

Many of us grew up learning that our needs were inconvenient or unsafe, so caretaking, pleasing or enduring became automatic. When conflict or disappointment appears, the nervous system reacts, and guilt or fear can push us to keep the peace at our own expense. Over time we begin to prioritise others’ needs ahead of our own, and internal boundaries feel unfamiliar because we have been taught to push through. This workshop creates space to understand these patterns with clarity and care, so that we can start to shift them.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to recognise your limits before you override them.

  • How values and needs guide your choices.

  • How to stop abandoning yourself when things get stressful.

  • How to communicate boundaries with clarity and steadiness.

  • How to respond to guilt, worry or pressure without collapsing your limits.

  • How to repair when boundaries strain relationships.

  • How to hold yourself accountable in a kinder way.

All participants will receive a resource pack, including worksheets and meditations to support their home practice.
