About the Workshop
Compassionate Boundaries is a full day of learning how to honour your needs without guilt, speak with clarity, and stop abandoning yourself when things get stressful. Through guided practices, somatic exercises and real-life scenarios, you’ll learn how to recognise your limits, hold steady in hard moments, and follow through on the promises you make to yourself. If you’ve ever understood boundaries in theory but struggled to apply them in relationships or in your own habits, this workshop offers the clarity, practice and grounded support you need to create change that feels real and sustainable.
Many of us grew up learning that our needs were inconvenient or unsafe, so caretaking, pleasing or enduring became automatic. When conflict or disappointment appears, the nervous system reacts, and guilt or fear can push us to keep the peace at our own expense. Over time we begin to prioritise others’ needs ahead of our own, and internal boundaries feel unfamiliar because we have been taught to push through. This workshop creates space to understand these patterns with clarity and care.
