The trainings we offer utilize meditation practices, education, and interactive exercises to help cultivate qualities of mindfulness and compassion for self and others.

We offer two standardized trainings - Compassion Cultivation Training, developed at Stanford University and Mindful Self-Compassion, developed by researchers at the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. These programs are offered as 8-week, face-to-face programs, and involve weekly classes.
